Kaner Group Executives Gathered Around the Theme of Sustainability
As part of Kaner Group’s restructuring journey that has been ongoing since January 2026, senior executives serving on the executive boards of our Group Companies came together on 30 April under the theme of sustainability.
The meeting provided an important platform to evaluate the sustainability initiatives currently being implemented across our operations while also discussing the strategic goals and future roadmap of our Group. During the gathering, participants exchanged insights on creating long-term value through sustainable growth, operational excellence, and corporate transformation.
A preliminary framework regarding the multi-dimensional managerial performance model, which will be led by Human Resources managers across the Group, was also shared during the meeting. The model aims to further strengthen leadership development, performance management, and organizational alignment throughout all Group Companies.
Kaner Group’s transformation into a holding structure in Northern Cyprus, together with the implementation of unified compliance processes across all Group Companies, stands as another strong reflection of our visionary leadership approach and long-term strategic perspective.
