In 1975, Kaner Group of Companies acquired the first duty free license in Northern Cyprus. Since 2013, the group has held the exclusive operating rights for the duty-free operation at Ercan Airport till 1941.

KANER Duty Free, located at Ercan Airport, spans a total area of 6,000 m², including stores for arrivals, departures, last-minute shopping, Best Sellers, and VIP sections. The duty-free stores have expanded their product range to over 19,000 items, offering world-renowned brands in categories such as Perfume and Cosmetics, Chocolate and Confectionery, Toys, Electronics, Souvenirs, Travel Accessories, Tobacco and Tobacco Products, and Alcohol. Kaner Group of Companies' journey with Gloria Jean’s in Northern Cyprus began in 2007, when they signed the first master franchise agreement in Northern Cyprus despite international sanctions. This milestone led to the opening of the first Gloria Jean’s Coffees store on Dereboyu. Today, this unique brand operates stores in Nicosia, Kyrenia, Famagusta, Lefke, Güzelyurt, and İskele, offering its guests the world-renowned gourmet espresso coffee experience. Following Gloria Jean’s, Kaner Group of Companies signed an agreement with the global brand Domino’s Pizza in 2012. The first Domino’s Pizza store was opened in Nicosia in August 2013. Later, stores were opened in Gönyeli in 2015 and Famagusta in 2020, bringing pizza lovers the world-class Domino’s Pizza experience. Since 2013, Domino’s Pizza International has awarded the company five-star ratings in annual factory audits, confirming that the stores comply with Domino’s Pizza standards.

Kaner Brand House began serving customers in 2020 as an online shopping platform. Through its innovative multi-brand store concept, it brings together exclusive collections from globally renowned brands in a multi brand store. In addition to its three multi-brand stores located in Nicosia, Kyrenia, and İskele, the company also offers a mono-brand Samsonite store for its customers.
